Room was really basic. Kettle and 2 t bags , 2 coffee a couple of milk cartons, none was ever replaced during our stay , so you have to buy tea or coffee. The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Beautiful hotel, gorgeous decor and very friendly, helpful staff. Room was great: clean, spacious and a huge bed plus a very comfortable fold out bed so that room could accommodate 3 adults. Penhaligon's toiletries smelt lovely!
