「Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!」

「It is by far my favorite rental unit in South Beach and I try to stay there every time it is available during my travel dates. Great location on a quiet side street but still very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Apartment very clean, spacious, well-furnished and with plenty of daylight. Lot of dining options within walking distance: I personally like Burger Meister and Pizza De Miami in the immediate area, but every type of food and cuisine are accounted for. The pictures make it bigger than it is, but we were very comfortable. The best thing is that the room is ~half a block (short walk) to the beach and several blocks south of dining & drinking 」
