「We reserved a room online, just 30 minutes from arriving. We checked in and found a wonderful room waiting for us. I especially liked the electrical outlets and USB charging ports in the bedside lamps. The refrigerator and microwave were a big plus for us. This hotel also has a very large ice machine, and I was invited to fill my ice chest if needed. The breakfast was a treat—fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, fruit, cereal, muffins, something for everyone. We would gladly stay there...

「スタッフが皆さんとても親切で良いです。フライトの欠航での延泊にも柔軟に対応してくれて感謝いたしております。」

「The reception staff were excellent and the beds were very comfortable」

「Shower smelled like mildew」

「We enjoyed our stay. The room was large, very clean, and well stocked. The staff was awesome.」

「What a great place to stay in the Reno/Sparks area. We had planned on staying at the Western Village but the accommodations were not that great and we wanted a good nights rest after an awful stay at a Super 8 in Oroville California that we checked out of early because of staff cleanliness and safety. The staff here were awesome and respectful and helpful as well the room was clean and ready for all 3 of us and the dog traveling with us.」

「高級ホテルではないけれど、部屋も広く清潔で使い勝手もよく、満足です。また利用したいと思います。」
