Their service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d love to give special mentions to Tom (Cruise Manager), Tracy, Anna, the gentleman at the reception and cooking demo (forgot his name, sorry!), Ahn from the F&B crew, and the boys at squid fishing. What truly stood out was when I left my backpack at the pier and only realized it after arriving in Hanoi. I was panicking, but their customer service...

「The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. The room we had was spectacular and very clean. All round a great experience and would highly recommend. 」
