The staff were fantastic especially Mary. The cruise was clean, had a spa service (by appointment and limited availability), the room we had was lovely and spacious. It was not our original choice, we paid for an upgraded room. The fine dining experience was quite nice, food was great at that service

Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy.

The service , and food are excellent. The property decor is a bit old and outdated. The bathroom in the Royal suite is not convenient, as the shower area has no drainage , and this make the whole are wet.

We paid a lot of money to upgraded our room. Room, service, food etc was good however, the boat only goes a short distance into the Bay, then drops anchor. You do not cruise through the bay on this ship. There is a small vessel for doing day activities so the upgraded room was of little value and the cruise didnโ€™t meet our expectations. Consider a smaller ship that can explore the whole bay.

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.
