"This was the most amazing experience of a lifetime! Cassius, Vanessa, Arnold, and everyone met our every needs and then some!! They took care of us so well and welcomed us in every aspect. They arranged all our trips with our guide, Gary, which was beyond belief. The personal service was impeccable. Made sure we were well fed and had our drink schedule down. "The property has a relaxed, rustic feel to it which is appealing. The staff were all excellent, especially Mabel. The breakfast was also good, the family room a reasonable size fror 3 adults, but the bathroom was a bit small and the door wouldn't shut. The Lodge's restaurant was not functioning when we were there which could have been a problem; however, there is an excellent restaurant about 200metres away and an adjacent convenience store. Overall, a very pleasnt 5 nights."

I find it so unethical to require USD $100 a night for an additional person yet the original booking was $56 a night for the same room. "

"We chose the right place to stay in Victoria Falls. It is a relaxed atmosphere with the greatest care team that feels like family. The room and bed were perfect with a walk in rain shower that measures 7x9 feet and 10” shower head. Sweet garden setting with small pool and viewing tower to look over the terrain and see the mist from the falls. Included is a huge delicious breakfast!"

"The hotel was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It well served its purpose as a base for me while I visited the Falls several times. The neighborhood of the hotel was also charming. I’m a birder and managed to photograph more than 10 new bird species, separate from what I saw at the Falls. As a solo traveler, I especially welcomed seeing Faith’s friendly face every morning for the two days I spent at the hotel. I would stay at this place again and would recommend it to others. "
