部屋から野生のアフリカゾウが見える立地は最高。飲料水や、ワイン含む飲料の補充が十分にある。バスタブがあるのは嬉しい。チェックインの時間を過ぎてもかなり待たされたのだけは残念。精算時に金額が違っていた（体調を崩してキャンセルしたリバークルーズの料金が加算されたままだった）ので、確認は必要。その他は至れり尽くせりで、レストランや施設の雰囲気も◎　ウエルカムドリンクや朝食時のコーヒーが何処よりも美味しかった。

Great atmosphere. Not so modern but had a nice rustic flair to it. Overlooking a watering hole where some wild life visited like wart hogs, impalas, ibis and vultures.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge exceeded all expectations. The views overlooking the watering hole are incredible, with wildlife visiting throughout the day, making every moment special. The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. A fantastic place to stay for an unforgettable safari experience.

The lodge makes for a spectacular stay in Victoria Falls. The staff is very helpful with logistics. They provide a nice menu in the bar and in the dining room. The shuttle to town is convenient.

A wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. The setting, views and wildlife are spectacular, but what really makes this place special is the people. Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and eager to help. A special mention goes to Chris at the bar, whose attentive, friendly service was outstanding. He remembered guests, took the time to chat, and made everyone feel valued without ever seeming rushed. Including involving my son in games and fist bumps! Beautiful lodges can be found all over the world, but it's the staff who create unforgettable memories. Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has clearly built an exceptional team, and they're the reason we'd both return without hesitation. Highlight of our 4 weeks in SW Africa.

Incredible stay and incredible staff. If there was a downside at all, it was getting a seat around the pool and having to wait for entrenched large families to vacate.

We loved everything about the lodge. Lots of staff around always ready to help you. Place was well taken care of and the staff were cleaning and staying on top of things all day long. Room was great, comfy bed, great shower and a wonderful view of the waterhole. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options.... even some gluten free muffins and pancakes. Beautiful place to finish our month in Africa.

What a way to be welcomed to Victoria Falls! Last time I was here was in December 2005 and I stayed at what at the time was the epitome of luxury (Elephant Hills). The lodge exceeded my very high expectations and I will look for reasons to stay there again in the near future. The spa was top notch and I am a big spa goer all over the world.
The hotel breakfast was phenomenal. I don't wat lamb but was tempted to keep going with these gourmet sausages.

The lodge was very nice, staff very attentive and good experience. Except the MaKuwa Kuwa restaurant. Read a lot of reviews saying what a great restaurant it was, very false. Food was not good for all of us and talked to other people who ate there and said the same thing . My lamb dish was rancid and got very bad food poisoning. I do not drink alcohol and a very careful eater.

This is a really exceptional hotel overlooking a watering hole in the bush where one can spend many hours watching the elephants, zebras, antelopes, warthogs etc. pass by. The room we stayed in was like a duplex apartment and was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were super warm and friendly and were very eager to help with organising tours and just generally making your stay peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The outdoor pool area looked like a natural pond and was a super spot to relax. We had an amazing 4 days here. Thanks
