The beds were confortable, the Staff were fantastic, couldent do enough for their guests and their dogs, the breakfast was very good, parking was very good. 「The Royal presents itself impeccably. It has quality everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate and food quality didn’t let us down. However, our experience at breakfast was a little disappointing as everything was being cleared away before we had finished eating!! And our charges to the room were taken from my credit card without any prior consultation. Still waiting for an email of my bill which was promised? All just seemed a bit unprofessional?」

「Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...

「From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! 」
