"We booked on hotel.com, we showed up for our reservation. A sign was in the window saying they were on a 10 minute break and they had a phone number. We waited for 10 minutes then called the manager of the property told us they were closed and we should just go home."

Floor was nasty throughout. Parking was plentiful. Heat worked well. Toilet was clean."
