2/10 Terrible

"We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone."

"Love this place. Classic venetian style and charm. Cappuccinos made with love at breakfast. Shared water taxis pick up right off the lobby. Small courtyard at the entry is beautiful and off the major street but about 10 yards from water bus c’a d’oro stop. Short walk to rialto bridge and everything else. Would definitely stay here again and again."

"Venice Venice is right now my new favorite hotel in town. Its location is perfect, far enough from the crowds but at the same time near every main attraction. The vibe is great, modern Venetian atmosphere and decorated with tasteful art. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, they went out of the way for last minute bookings and special requests from us (a special mention to the front desk team: Valentina, Claudia and Enrico Emmanuele)"
