The room overlooked a canal and a picturesque square. The location was good, not too far from the train station. It was handy to get to Murano and Burano by boat. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. With a couch to sit on and a separate bathroom. A good place to stay.

This location was excellent to stay in! Right above a canal with views of a square with some movement at night but very quiet inside when closed windows! Also close by to very nice restaurants and bars along the canals! Also has an irish pub downstairs if you want something different. The only caveat, but common in many places in venice, is you hace to walk like 10 minutes to get there.

A very well maintained property. We liked the bed. That is important when traveling. We had a nice balcony. The property is in a good location to be quiet but also close to a lot of restaurants, bakeries, a grocery store, etc. I would stay there again.

Very well located. Although the link provided by Expedia for the address is incorrect. Thankfully the contact was able to direct us to the right location which was not too far. Room was clean. Nice small balcony, located in front of a canal. There was an air conditioning in the room which was nice. Close to all shopping and great restaurants. Easy to walk from the train station - about 15-20 mins.

Location was excellent and close to many great restaurants and easy walking distance to primary tourist sites. All communication was electronic and we never had to check-in or check-out with anyone. Very easy. Bathroom in Room 5, the one with the balcony, was a bit cramped, but fine.

Set in a quieter neighborhood, we greatly enjoyed our stay in the “penthouse.” After over 24 hours of travel, we loved having a place to let our stuff explode and reorganize. The little patio was charming. We could hear an accordion player in the square across the canal. We slept great as it was quiet and had AC. Watch your head on the beams though. The Hotel Antico Doge- a few minutes away, allowed us to store our bags until check in. We stayed on the top floor which was three flights of stairs with our luggage. Not a problem for us as we are in shape but something for others to consider.

This is a lovely property with very helpful staff based at their sister property but only too happy to help via WhatsApp with any questions and with providing entry codes etc. Cleaning was great and location was quiet and slightly off the beaten track so no problems with noise.

Cute property in a very prime, scenic location. It’s a easy walk from the train station, and two blocks from some of the best wine bars in the city. The management was very responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was seamless. I highly recommend Fosca Venice Rooms.
