Washroom shower wasn’t working properly, the showerhead was loose and you have to secure it and fix it to the pipe , during the night there’s a noise caused by the water heater or AC unit The hotel is close to all amenities, in the middle of the town

Hotel needs some extensive renovation. Location is great. Stuff very helpful. Bathroom needs renovation. Other than that was ok . We spent only one night but for someone who would like to stay longer the size and condition of the hotel might not serve the purpose. I chose the hotel only for one reason. Our grandson name is Henry. It’s a quite unusual name for hotel so we chose Henry Hotel

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Henry was very disappointing. We had a long day of travelling and commuting and needed to shower and get ready for a dinner reservation. When we checked in around 5 p.m., there was **no hot water**. We immediately reported it and were told it would take 1–2 hours to resolve. However, by 10 p.m., there was still no hot water — only freezing cold water. We had to go to dinner without showering and ultimately went to bed without being able to shower after a long day of travel. This was especially frustrating while travelling with our 8-year-old daughter. The room was also small and outdated. The **walls were heavily scratched and marked**, there was **mold in the bathroom**, and we noticed **stains on the bedding**. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard we expected for the price. The staff offered to move us to another room the following day, which we appreciated, but the issues during our first night significantly affected our stay. The location was convenient, but we expected a clean, well-maintained room with basic amenities like functioning hot water.

Although the room overall was clean, it is definitely dated. The shower is very small and we kept banging our elbows. We were in room number two. I’m not sure if that matters. My husband did not like that the sink was outside the bathroom and took up wall space in the middle of the room. Also, the room was very humid after showering even with the air conditioner on. The staff were absolutely lovely, and they provided some snack type things which was very thoughtful. Water and cake. It is in walking distance of many things, but it is definitely someplace where you sleep, shower and go out. I found the bed to be pretty hard, but my husband was fine with it. Hope this helps. We would probably not stay there again if I’m being completely honest. But if you’re on a budget, it’s really not a bad choice.
