「Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.」

「The room was very clean and nice, although was a bit smaller than anticipated. That was ok, since we were not in it very often. There was close parking and laundry facilities just around the corner from our room. There was a very short walk to the beach. On the inside, the TV was not cooperative. We couldn't turn the volume up or down and we could not cut off the person telling about every show on there, and we couldn't get any local channels. The love bugs were a big challenge at this time...

「What a great location - a short walk to great restaurants. Balcony city one off the Master one off the secondary and a huge one off the kitchen/great room. Oh did I mention they all have gulf views. Comfortable furniture it was cold for the first few days so we didn’t stay out late the tv/satellite was a game saver for music or movies」
