「We spent a very enjoyable week in picturesque Chiusdino. Loved the little town with shops and restaurants (our tip: il minestraio!) within walking distance and great views of the countryside. Went to Siena, Firenze and San Gimignano and walked to the abbey of San Galgano. The house is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with plenty of towels. 「This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance.
