「We had an issue with the staff member - who denied to contact the pizza guy/delivery guy who had been waiting for us in the reception but we were never informed that he was there - so when we went to the reception to find out why the pizza was taking so long, I saw one car leaving when I arrived and only then she informed the guy waited for a while and had just left, so when I asked for her to call him asking for him to return since he was maybe 2 min away, she denied and was very very rude...

「We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The staff at this family ran hotel were all lovely, friendly and helpful. We booked 5 x nights bed & breakfast but we had a couple of lunches here too. Food was very good. Lots of choice at breakfast, yummy cakes, croissants, fruit, meats etc. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was lovely and clean and much appreciated in the hot month of August.
