「Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. 「I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone planning to explore Tuscany by car. The location was very convenient for driving to nearby towns such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and others, making it a great base for sightseeing.

「Perfect hotel! Close to the bus stop in the city wall, location is very good. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are cute and clean, the breakfast is very delicate and delicious.
