I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel ! While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more we would be charged for .While we had a full kitchen with plates and pots there was zero silverware and to top it off we had to take our own garbage out upon departure . There is a fitness facility and a paddle court that you can only use for a fee .

Hidden treasure!

WOW! I can not say enough about this property and the staff!! We were late getting to the property as the weather was raining and we had no where we were going! We stopped the restaurant and the gentleman took us up the the reservation desk! As we were waiting another couple came up. They were so gracious to call someone and get the code to unlock the box with our room key. Then she took us all the way to our room! I think we were the only guests that night! So comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was perfect and so appreciated!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, schöne Umgebung und schöne Zimmer. Top Hotel, jedoch wurden wir direkt bei der Ankunft unfreundlich aufgefordert das Auto umzuparken, anstatt freundlich begrüsst zu werden. Dies haben wir als Unangenehm empfunden.

Incredible villa in the Tuscan hills, beautiful views and great location to explore the area from but you will need a car. Clean, rustic room with good facilities. The service was fantastic, very helpful staff. We enjoyed using the pool and had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. We didn’t have a balcony so we had our own private shaded outdoor area where we ate most nights. We chose not to cook so didn’t inquire about a kettle or other cooking utensils, but these weren’t provided in the room so you may need to request these. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful views but dreadful accommodation

Really unpleasant accommodation. No WiFi in the rooms. Linen was unclean and everything is charged for separately (including use of pool, use of cooling or heating in the room).

Very nice location. Country side is beautiful. Check-in/out is the only issue with the availability of staff somewhat limited. You can't check-out earlier than 0900 hours as there is no one staffing the lobby. Very nice view from the room. Room was comparatively inexpensive but the cleaning fee brought the total price up so you are not real getting a super deal on price. Vey nice pool for those months when it is open! I would recommend the location, we enjoyed our stay.

My family arrived for one night in April on a cold wet day. We were told at the time arrival that we would be charged per hour for any heat that we used. This fee was not mentioned prior to our arrival and, because we were afraid of what the unknown cost would be, we spent the night cold. We were also charged about 50 US dollars in a cleaning fee. This was excessive in light of the fact we were there 12 hours.

It’s a great place near San Giminiano. Simona at the reception helped us with tips to visit the city. Our apartment was large and confortable. A great peaceful place to stay!

A szallason egy hetet toltottunk. A szallas rendezett, tiszta, a szemelyzet kedves es segitokesz. Csaladosoknak idealis, paroknak nem. A medence szep, viszont a napozoagyak szama nem eleg a szobaszamokhoz kepest. Az etteremben kedves a szemelyzet, de szetszort es nagyon lassu a kiszolgalas. Tobbet erre a helyre nem megyunk.

Fantastic location with an amazing panorama over the Tuscany countryside. Especially the pool area has been outstanding, as well as the great restaurant within a 10 minutes walk. Personnel has been very helpful and nice. Rooms had everything you needed. Only the equipment (no change of towels, no room service, no pool towels; no WiFi in the room, which we would have needed for our baby phone app) was a little minus, but this is actually reflected in the fair room price. The olive oil from the hotel you can buy is delicious. Breakfast and Sunday brunch highly recommended, staff is fantastic and lovely. Rooms are different, some have onsite From a location point of view perfect, as all major attractions are nearby by car. Overall a great stay and we decided to come back anytime in the future.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal da. Sehr tolle ruhige Lage, schöner Pool und der perfekte Mittelpunkt für Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war noch deutlich schöner als beim ersten mal. Nach wie vor lohnt sich das Essen im zweiten Gebäude (ca. 600 m von der Villa Dini entfernt). Ein Toskanaurlaub wie aus einem kitschigen ZDF Sonntagabendfilm, genau so sollte es sein.

Fenced tourist-trap

upon leaving we were told the cleaning fee was 30 euros, for a 1-night stay, not included! This amount is disproportionally high. The place felt more like a tourist trap than a friendly farm stay. the area being *fenced* contributed to that. Also, no umbrella's for shade at the pool, we had to take one from the reception and carry it around :S Also we were put in an area that was different from the pictures. So very different from what we thought we booked. Not recommended!

This hotel was a unique experience, felt like staying in a real old tuscan apartment. The reception is only staffed a few hours a day and there are no amenities provided on site or in room. So bring your own everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and would be a great place to cook your own food. Check out is early, 10 AM. The daily 8 euro breakfast is worth it if you don't want to buy your own coffee and make your own food but it is a very simple spread. A few pastries and hard boiled eggs, yogurt and 1 meat and 1 cheese. So if your just want something in the morning it will do but its nothing fancy. The ladies working breakfast were very nice and friendly. The only downside was because of the age of the hotel our room smelled really musty. After a few days and running the fan non stop it smelt better but be prepared. Also they charge by the hour for using the heater, an additional check out charge for cleaning and of course the 8 per person fee for breakfast so make sure you calculate those costs into your hotel budget.
