"Clean and surprisingly large room, with a spacious closet and bathroom. My room happened to have a window to the inside courtyard. Front desk staff/owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. Property located right at the central plaza - cannot be more convenient!"

The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and the dining room/indoor patio had a comforting wood pellet stove that made the room cozy as our family hangout. And we watched Christmas decorations installed in the charming town of San Gimignano."

"Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff."
