「What an experience. Top notch service. Among the best staff I have seen in a hotel or hotel bar. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. I will pick this hotel again in the future. 」

「The summit hotel is remarkably nice, particularly at its price point. It has unique, yet tasteful decor, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally courteous. I will definitely be back to the summit as it is much preferable to the downtown options in Cincinnati」

「Very Unique mote. After 8 o'clock, there were no attendance for checking in. The entrance is second floor and the building is 3 stories but no elevator at all. Wifi did not work at all. No computer at all. Breakfast was least.」

「Rooms are extremely dirty. Front desk staff is not knowledgeable and aren’t able to speak English properly. It takes extremely long time to check in/out. I waited for an hour to check in my room. Also be cautious that this hotel does not refund the deposits “if you do not show up at the front desk while checking out”. This is what they told me. Honestly, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. 」
