"I honestly was glad for my stay at this VRBO. I attended a conference nearby and it was great for getting to things nearby.Building: Parking is okay. There's limited parking in the small lot and could be a squeeze if you have a large car. There is street parking that's easy to access. Key fob needs to be held up against the electronic lock. This honestly took me a few tries to do since it's not intuitive. There are two doors, the outside door leading to the lobby and the internal door leading to...

"Upon arrival we were met with a blaring alarm in the initial entry corridor where we entered an elevator with what can only be described as a large pile of wet coffee grounds that had dried to the floor of the elevator and the rest of the floor was sticky. When we arrived at our floor we heard people yelling, and entered our room quickly were we were met with a similar stickiness on the floor and broken bedroom blinds, which is precisely the room you do not want broken blinds considering there...

"My husband and I were in town for the Luke Combs concert! It was perfect for what we needed! The only problem was the code was not sent to us with the check in email. Once we got the code, the check in was very smooth."

"The space is exactly how it is shown in pictures. Its in an old apartment, however, the unit we stayed in was spotless, clean and well equipped with the things we need during the trip. (Ironing board, towels, coffee-maker, toaster). The bathroom was extremely clean too. I definitely recommend this if you want a clean space with privacy, 5mins away from downtown and all dining spots and cafes. Very easy to access the key with the code and a hassle free check out. 10/10 for cleanliness."
