"Lovely little hotel. Staff all friendly and helpful especially Debbie. Food was excellent in the evening and the Breakfast was a great start to my day. Met lots of locals too who were so friendly and made me feel welcome. Would definitely stay again"

"It's such a shame because the Rose Cottage is in a great location but it was very tired and could do with a proper up grade. Cobwebs everywhere which I didn't mind but when I went to use cutlery, saucepans, glass jar they were dirty and I had to clean them. There's no dishwasher so maybe the previous people that stayed didn't know how to wash up by hand and the cleaner didn't check. Also the fridge wasn't turned on and took a long time to get cold meaning no cold beers with our dinner. I...
