「The hotel was close to the lake and they gave you a discount at a few local restaurants. Easy parking and friendly staff. Room had several updates too! 」

「I loved everything except the valet service. We had a terrible experience with the attendant on duty on October 2nd in the evening. He was very rude cussing at customer asking questions, throwing customers car keys around, slamming customer car doors and also sped off in a customers car while it was pouring down rain. It made me very scared what he might do in my car. I would probably not use the Valet service again even thought it was very convenient 」

「Front desk lady was very nice and respectful, the cook with the hair wrapped up in the bar and grill was super unprofessional, condescending and rude. Will come back but won’t step foot in that bar and grill. 」

「This hotel is in the middle of it all. The rooms are very clean and the staff was accommodating. The AC is kind of noisy, but I like white noise. Just thought I’d mention it in case you’re a light sleeper. 」

「Our room was clean but had no furniture other than 2 nightstands a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen was old but clean and a nice surprise. Our room had no view but we loved their large deck that looks over Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by another day. They seemto stay extremely full and getting one of the units with a balcony and view. Next trip to Tahoe we plan to stay there, but will book our room early to get an upstairs balcony overlooking the lake. 」
