I love this hotel so much

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. The on-site restaurant and room service were convenient, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast options varied between buffet and à la carte, which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed staying here. Our family of 6 fit nicely in our room (two beds and a foldout sofa). The breakfast was nice. Wendy’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot was nice and a gas station too. Near the freeway made it an easy stop on our trip. Staff was great! Thank you!

Most relaxing and chill hotel stay. The staff was kind, flexible, and helpful. The lobby was designed to bring people together to read, relax, reflect or get a little work done.

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was available. When I got to my room the curtains were closed over the window. It was not until the next morning that I realized there was a sliding glass door that actually had been open all night. When the room was cleaned the doors should have been closed and locked.

Great spot

I had a quick trip into Philly for an event in Center City and decided to stay nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and everything I needed was in walking distance. I chose to park at a garage around the corner because the hotel parking is 60.00 per day. Lots of cheaper options in the area.

What a great experience. After having a flight cancelled I found myself at the SpringHill suites. Tired and frustrated, I was met with kindness, and a great welcome from Freddie at the front desk. Check in was quick and painless. Additionally, both shuttle drivers I met were extremely kind, especially Quinn. Would highly suggest this hotel to others who may find themselves in the Philadelphia area!

I wish there was a better description of the room posted, it was smaller than expected… the staff was amazing!

I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, until this woman who worked at the hotel grabbed a tissue wiping her nose and then wiped the counter with the same napkin she used to clean her nose. It was just a tiny spill of juice near the juice machine. I was grossed out after, I just decided to not eat and just grab some tangerines.

This place is very cool. It was built at the campus arboretum and they used the wood from the trees to make furniture mill work etc. The staff is great also. I very rarely eat in any hotel however I was tired and did not feel like driving so I ate at the bar. Fabulous meal and great service. I stay center city usually but I did not need to go into town so I stayed at a cool place in the burbs
