「Excellent」

「Clean, good location,」

「The pictures and description listed on VRBO are misrepresentation. The actual state of this apartment looks very poor, neglectful conditions we encountered The moment we walked in, we were hit by a terrible, lingering stink. To make matters worse, we spotted cockroaches inside, which is a major hygiene and health hazard.Dirty Bed Linens: The bed sheets were visibly dirty and unwashed. No Internet & Zero Communication: The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and despite reaching out to the host about this...

「The location was clean and there were not any surprises. The host was also very responsive. The building is older so there were a few items that I sent them that could use some maintenance after we left for awareness. They were very quick to attempt to remedy and offered solutions that I could appreciate. It was a good stay.」

「This is a beautiful place to stay for a trip to NYC! Quiet, clean, beautifully decorated apartment close to the city by uber. We had a party of four who were very comfortable in this large space. For the same price of a hotel room in Manhattan you can stay in a whole 3 bedroom place with a bath and a half, living room, eat in kitchen, and outdoor space with a view of the NYC skyline! It was the most elegantly vintage place we had ever stayed on vrbo. The host was extremely good at communicating...

「The apartment was not clean when checking in. The kitchen was nice. 」

「The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!」

「The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.」

「Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.」

「The host was not responsive to emails. The address was wrong. Check in was late and badly executed. Check out was an hour earlier than listed. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. There was no heat or coffee maker. I’ve written the host about these issues and only received one response, saying check in started at 4:05. Would not recommend at all」

「Really liked the walkability. 」

「Everything was great」
