「The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that 」

「Had a lovely stay in this cozy place. Check in was easy with the provided door code. The stairs down the side of the house though are not friendly for those with mobility issues and there were safety concerns walking down this rugged path at night - having automatic lights installed would be key for safety. Even as 3 people in their 30s with good eyesight it was hard to walk down these wooden and stone stairs with suitcases and no lights. Other than that though, safe location, 2 beds were...

「I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. 」

「I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. 」

「My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations.」

「This wonderful unit was clean and amazingly well located. There is a park immediately across the street great for dog walking. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance, 15 minutes or so walk. The only issue was that this unit is in a basement which really was not an issue except when a guest was above us we could hear them walking. 「The stay in Burien was Wonderful. And the place was great. It has everything you need. You areAble to walk to the ocean and also there are some great restaurants nearby. The Hosts and Neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Be aware that there is an Almost 2 miles walk to public transportation. 」
