Cozy, Modern Getaway

We had a great stay at this thoughtfully restored home! The upper floor was perfect for our group—modern, cozy, and filled with unique touches that made the space feel inviting and cared for. The host clearly goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay, which we truly appreciated. While the driveway is a bit tight, it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay with friends!

Cozy spot for a small group

We had four adults in our group and this property worked perfectly for our needs. Mo was very responsive when issues did arise. Area was quiet and peaceful and gave us easy access to light rail and freeways for exploring the Seattle area. Would definitely stay again.

The upstairs loft was nice, it was very humid when we entered even when the AC going off. Would recommend to people, just wished it was cleaner. Found a rolled up dollar bill behind the first aid kit

Super cute property with helpful owners

Mo was super helpful throughout the entire process. The property was nicely updated and very comfortable. Multiple units on sight with big yard. Would be a great property for a large gathering. Will definitely visit again. Thanks Mo!!

This was the perfect place for our stay. It was clean and in a wonderful location. When we did have questions the hosts responded quickly. My kids shared the loft space and thought it was great to have their own space.

Delight near Sea-Tac Airport

Coming from Georgia, and never having been in Seattle or it’s suburbs, we relied on the owner’s description and photos concerning the property. They were all quite accurate and pleasing in person. The owners communicated well and often easing any concerns or questions we had on arrival. Also, there were fast food locations nearby (walking distance) which was extremely helpful for our short visit. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Very nice and caring host

Went to seattle/Washington for first time to ski. Stayed here for 3 total days. Mohamad was very great host and atta drove. He waited for us til about midnight to make sure we were safe going up the stairs in the snow. Property was clean and we slept comfortable with the heaters he’d already turned on for us. Property is less then 5 minutes from SEA airport car rentals.

Last day of family vacation

Very gracious host!! Exceptionally clean. Well stocked cooking kitchen utensils and pots pans. Comfortable bed w thick foam topper. Lots of TLC for guest including packaged sealed individually wrapped razor and toothbrush. Just in case u forgot. Chose this location close to airport (only 5 min away) as we were finishing our trip from the Olympic national park. No noise pollution from airport. Safe neighborhood w easy to access restaurants and mall close by. Would have loved to stay longer if needed.
