"We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food...

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"Awesome host, Mr. Mun is. 3 bed plus sofa bed (one being about queen size) was more than what we, 4 adult family, needed. 2 toilets and 2 showers, washer/dryer, and separate living area. Walkable to 2 near by train stations in 10 min and many restaurants nearby. Even the weather got so much better when we got to Tokyo gor 6 days. Recommend ROOMS for 3 or more people groups."
