「The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close.」

「Although the apartment was spacious and reasonably priced, there were a few negative points. There wasn't any light outside the entrance door to the block, so that in the dark it was impossible to see the key pad. Luckily I had a torch with me.
