「We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.」

Tub drained extremely slow, water and temp control knob was very loose and difficult to operate.house keeping emptied trash and took soiled towels, but didnt leave clean ones. had to go request clean towels . Tv had very limited channel selection and no guide to see what was available. The property was quiet.」

This should have been a very simple process, but instead lead to numerous desk visits and calls to my credit card issuer.
