「3時前にチェックインにフロントへ。　お部屋の掃除がまだで結局16：30にお部屋へ入れました。 フロントスタッフは謝っていましたが、段取りが悪いことが不信感に繋がりました。 フロント周辺で待っている間に掃除スタッフを5、6人見かけましたので、人手が足りない訳ではなさそうでした。　 私の前にも同様に待っている家族連れいました。 」

「Very clean, well stocked amenities. Comfortable bed. Nice private patio. Good location. Felt a little on the small side since we were using the 2nd/entertainment room as a bedroom. 」

「Check-in was easy, the property was very clean and neat. The views were lovely with a lake in the back of the property. We went to a concert at Interlochen and didn’t realize how close we were to the campus so this is a perfect place to stay. Also there was a great restaurant nearby so it was very convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!!」
