「This place was so beautiful -- we spent so much more time than I ever would've expected on the balcony overlooking the view, as well as in the giant hot tubs and in the pool. Gorgeous place, great location (.8 miles from Costco, just another half mile or so to a Walmart, and another great grocery store was less close by the other direction.)」

「Well equipped condo in a friendly community with a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas harbor. We had everything we needed for our stay. And if we had any questions or desires, the answers were a phone call away. Highly recommend!」

「We were extremely happy with our condo. We spent mornings on our ocean view patio watching whales. The shower was great, the rooms spacious and the full kitchen very well equipped. Communication was great with the host. It was a little further from downtown Cabo than I had realized, but we were able to Uber easily to the Marina or wherever else we wanted.」

「We stayed 7 nights the first week of April. Weather was so nice, we left the slide glass doors open and hardly used a/c. We had coffee on the back deck every morning and watched whales. I love the fact that the condo is so close to Cabo San Lucas, but its not in all the traffic and party activity. The vibe is definitely laid back. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Living room and bedroom was comfortable. The luvi g quarters did not feel cramped at all.」

「Very enjoyable stay! We loved the outstanding view of the Arch from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed, even beach chairs and umbrella when we went to the nearby beach. We listened to music in the evenings from Jazz on the Rocks and the Cape rooftop. We appreciated the peaceful days at the resort and downtown Cabo was about a 10 or 15 minute drive when we wanted more excitement! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.」

「The property was amazing. It was clean and just like the pictures. Only advice I would give would be to get more pots,pans, and towels for guest. Other than that I would recommend this home to everyone! Thank you to our host we enjoyed our stay.」

Disappointed in communication with the owner (asked for, but never received wifi info; asked about adjustments to check-in time, but received no response); arrival preparation (again, no wifi information; hot tub needed to have been started prior to arrival to be warm on night one); and living details (no coffee pot; showers went cold within minutes of use with two people showering in a 4-bath condo for 10; door lock needs...

「This beautiful condo was in a peaceful gated neighborhood with the most awesome ocean views of the Arch and the Cabo city lights at night. The outdoor patio areas were a great asset and used daily especially the upstairs patio with grill, ramada and hot tub, a highlight to our dinners. Ronival excelled in communicating with us in recommending restaurants, places to golf and every question and request was given quick attention. This is one of our favorite places to stay.」
