Great place, a lot of authentic food spots nearby, very clean neat rooms with a view on active intersection. We are beyond grateful to the staff that found and preserved things important to us that we forgot in the room. Overall it is an excellent spot for someone who wants peace and quiet in the room, succulent meals in 5 minutes walk and crazy night life of Akihabara in 10 minutes walk.

The property was neat and clean with good utensils as well as washer-dryer. The bathroom and toilet were clean with good amenities. It is 10mins walking distance from both Akihabara and Asakusabashi stations. Staff was good and check-in checkout was very easy. Close to convenience stores and restaurants. Good value for money.

Great value hotel close to Akihabara in a quiet part of it. Laundry in the room is a plus! No breakfast but plenty of options for that around. Light that turns on automatically and does not turn off after more than 30 mins is quite annoying.

We love the facilities however I am expecting more services from the front desk staff, I ask for luggage storage the answer was no but I understood. However when I ask for sending my luggage to next hotel the front desk can only direct me to the logistics company instead helping me to organise it… well I know I am staying with a service apartment not a hotel…

The hotel was very much accessible to a grocery store and the train station which have allowed my family to travel easily around the city. Our room is so comfortable and has everything we needed - kitchen tools and beautiful toiletries! The staff are very friendly. Fine stay in Taitoku city.

Everything was clean, well presented, tidy. Unfortunately, there was no ironing board. The fridge has a decent freezer, but we were surprised to learn we had to make our own ice - a day after we checked in - so we didn't have ice until our second evening.
