「The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place.」

「The odor was awful. It truly smelled like a chemical toilet. We could not stay there. The location indicated it was close to downtown and stated it was “steps” from Front Street. It was, but nowhere near the Front St downtown. I guess being unaware off the area is on me. I would never recommend. Disappointed in VRBO. 」

「Rooftop hottub is a fun addition. Place is open clean and quiet. Manager was needed for a door repair, but handyman was available immediately and repaired expeditiously.Only 1 parking spot per unit with additional parking .8 miles away if needed.Would highly recommend for a Traverse getaway!」

Great place for 2 people but should be a little more clear in the listing about that. Very nice, responsive host and would highly recommend for 2 people.」
