"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "Lovely hotel in a convenient location a short walk from Earls Court tube station. Very pleasant and helpful staff and plenty of them to assist. Nice bar area. The soundproofing in the room was excellent no noise from the busy Cromwell Rd outside. Air conditioning worked well. The room had a small kitchen area which could be screened off with a curtain which we didn’t use but was a nice feature. Clean bathroom with toiletries. Please note that you need photo ID when checking in. This wasn’t clear when making the reservation but fortunately I had a photo of my passport on my phone otherwise there may have been a problem. "
100 Queen's Gate Hotel London Kensington, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying etc. After staying here, I will not stay anywhere else. Really made our little girls trip a fabulous trip! "
