"Our recent stay at this hotel was overall just okay, but there are a few important things to be aware of before booking. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, which might appeal to some, but it’s not ideal if you’re hoping to be in the heart of the action. While there are a few Underground stations nearby, be prepared for a 13–15 minute walk each time, which can feel longer after a full day of sightseeing. The surrounding area is not particularly lively—there aren’t many restaurants, shops, or things to do within close walking distance. If your goal is to experience the energy and convenience of London, this location may feel a bit isolated. One of the more unusual aspects of the stay was the lack of visible staff. The front desk is tucked away in the lobby, and throughout our stay we rarely saw or interacted with anyone, which made the experience feel less welcoming and less supported. Additionally, the hotel advertises having a restaurant, but this was not actually available during our stay, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The room itself was an okay size for four people—nothing special, but functional enough for a short stay. Overall, if you’re simply looking for a quiet place to sleep and don’t mind being removed from central activity, this hotel might work. However, if you’re visiting London to fully experience the city, there are definitely better-located options."
