This is a clean boutique hotel. It’s worth the price and in a very good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful I will recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay while in central London.

I was surprised at how austere and small my single room was. Had to ask for fresh towel and bath mat even though housekeeping had paid a visit. Location is super, and staff was helpful and friendly. Good choice if you just want a convenient base of operations at lowest cost.

I had an overall pleasant stay during a 2-day trip to London. The room was clean, comfortable and had AC. The breakfast was delicious! Two small notes for potential improvement: (1) the doors slam very loud which can be heard inside the room, and (2) I was only given a bath towel and no hand/face towel. I would have requested more towels if I had stayed longer.

Location was easy to find. Sasha was extremely helpful. The room was clean and the bed was wonderful. Food at the restaurant downstairs was very good (pre paid for breakfast). Coffee flat white was delicious. Shower was a little tight, but I am 74" tall.

I spent 2 nights here with my daughter. The hotel was in a lovely spot with a great pub just up the road. Our room was clean, had a street view, fan and air con. There was coffee making facilities and tv which we didn't use. Toilet was a good size with shower. Staff were great and looked after our baggage before and after checkin/out.

Location was wonderful, Hotel was very low key, nothing fancy, super near to transportation and Kensington Gardens. However, under construction so no air conditioning, windows could open some and area was quiet. Breakfast cafe was lovely in the morning.

Good size room, nice and bright. Breakfast very good and freshly cooked to order with decent portions. Maintenance and smashing needs attention - neither of bedside lights work, no phone in room to notify staff at night, one light has wrong type of plug for socket, no uk socket by bedside for phone chargers, tv connection not good enough to use the streaming services on offer.

A lovely room, bed was comfortable. No air condition but we had a ceiling fan which gave enough fresh air. A fine bathroom, big enough for us. The water pressure in the shower could be better. A very small elevator, do not use it when you have problems with small rooms.πŸ˜€ The service and staff were incredibly wonderful. I came back to this lovely hotel twice this year and will do it again. Tube Station in walkable distance as well as the museums, Royal Albert Hall, food and shopping possibilities. A lovely place in the middle of Kensington, very close to Kensington Palace.
