"All rhe staff we interacted with, front desk and house keeping, were the friendliest! The location is PRIME! We didnt eat breakfast there, as it was our first time in Nashville and we wanted to hit every restaurant possible. They have FREE massage chairs in the lobby that we also didnt try, because there was always someone in them. Those are a favorite among the guests! Id definitely stay there again when in town!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Noelle. This boutique hotel was in the perfect location—close to Broadway and many of Nashville's historic attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also loved the coffee and water stations on each floor, which were such a convenient and thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I hate to post anything negative because it is a beautiful facility in the middle of downtown Nashville. It was the perfect location for spending Independence Day walking around and escaping the heat. Even better for stepping right outside to watch the fireworks. Registration staff was amazing. Concierge team was amazing. The issue we had was with the night manager. My husband was approached by the night manager while grabbing coffee and waters before the fireworks. The lounge was closing early for fireworks and as we were about to leave the night manager, Tony approached my husband. He assumed my husband snuck into the lounge and confronted him. I say "assume" because he never greeted him, never asked about his stay. Instead asked, "How did you get in here?". I came over with my young daughter hearing my husband react and Tony turned his back on me, never acknowledged me. It was insulting to both me and my husband. If Tony had asked to verify guest status I would have 100% understood. Crazy weekend, lots of people. Unfortunately, it was not handled in a way I expect a very prestigious hotel to manage guest relations. To make matters worse, Tony proceeded to watch us from ground floor pointing us out to other staff to see if we were entering a room. It was very disappointing. It should have been handled very differently. You know what they say about assuming, makes an ass out of you.... The only negative part of the entire Independence Day weekend."

"We are night owls and usually sleep in. Because of that, we don't use the room service cleaning. The staff was super friendly at getting us items we need like towels when asked. Oddly enough we stayed in the exact same room as 2 years ago. Close enough to walk to Broadway, Gulch and Midtown without spending a fortune. We'll be back."
