The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff very pleasant. The restaurant next door is amazing with very good food and service. I'd only add a fan to the rooms but other than that, everything was perfect.

Great for families!

The hotel has excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant is convenient and has a great variety of food options. My only wish was that the location was a bit closer to the town center but that meant it was a bit quiet which was appreciated. Good value overall!

We stayed in the family suite, only room with air conditioning. The room was super clean, i was very impressed how clean it was. I normally get grossed out easily and I'm very picky so i had to go in with an open mind and it was only for 1 night, so i was mentally prepared. The room was nice, nothing fancy. Mattress is firm and sits on a concrete platform. To my surprise i slept great! And the room was spotless!! Very very clean, no bugs, no weird smell, the bath room was is great shape, literally didn't find anything broken. The bathroom tiles were so clean no grim or dirty grout. I was so surprised how clean the room was. I would definitely stay there again!

The entire Hotel and restaurant is amazingly clean!!! Everything at this place is decorated beautiful, the hospitality has been outstanding and I am beyond impressed on everything. The food at the restaurant is outstanding! They made minor accommodations to them that meant everything for me and my partner, we are beyond thankful.

Antes de hacer mi check in llamé al siguiente # 5527375688 (# proporcionado por Expedia), para preguntar si había algún problema en hacer el check in después de media noche y me dijeron que el personal de recepción se va a las 11:00 hrs pm y que después solo había personal de vigilancia, por lo que ellos recomendaban que hiciera el trámite antes de esa hora. Para no tener problemas tuve que ir a hacer el check in antes de mi alojamiento final y la Srtia de recepción comentó que era falso la salida de las 11, que su servicio es las 24 hrs, es decir, la persona que me contestó la llamada no está enterada de las políticas del hotel.

Es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse, el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que es un poco difícil regular el agua caliente de la regadera, fuera de eso es una excelente opción para pasar la noche.
