「とてもきれいなホテルです。数多くのプールでとても楽しめました！ 残念だったのは、子供向けアクテビティ（4歳から利用可能と表記）について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、4歳以下でも保護者同伴で利用可能と言われましたが、実際には参加を断られました。またレストランが4つありますが、1つは休業、2つは似通った内容のブッフェ、1つはすぐ予約が埋まり利用が難しいため、ご飯には少し飽きが来ます。」

「No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.」

「A excellent hotel we have ever stayed. The Villa is super spacious, clean, and comfy. There is a private heated swimming pool in each Villa. Weather was around low 20’s during day hours in March and kids really enjoyed the swimming pool everyday without being too chilly. Breakfast is superb as you have various selection and all tastes brilliant in rich atmosphere of the restaurant. All staff are well trained and professional. 「エアコンの効きや洗面所の排水は問題ありませんでしたが、湯沸かし器やコーヒーカップがありませんでした。また、冷蔵庫はありましたが冷凍機能なしでした。セキュリティBOXは使用料1日3ユーロかかるので使用しませんでした。部屋にシャワーはありましたが、浴槽はありませんでした。WiFiは鈍すぎて途中で何度となく切断されました。部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。バイキングの食事は品数が多く、美味しかったです。しかし、夕食時には水が有料だったり、デザートがあるのにコーヒーの提供がありませんでした（朝食時はあります）。ホテル周辺は海に近く、また、周辺にスーパーマーケットや食事できる店など多数ありとても便利でした。」

「It was a lovely clean hotel. The all inclusive drinks were good quality. However the all inclusive meals were quite bland and lacked flavour But I really enjoyed my stay」

「立地は良く、スタッフもフレンドリーで、部屋も料理も問題ありませんでした。 ただ、少し部屋が古く狭い印象だったこと(コネクティングルームだったので狭く感じたのは仕方ないかもしれませんが、接続部分の扉を開けていると一方の部屋の通路がかなり狭くなるなど、身動きしにくかったです。)、子供用の浅いプールが無かったこと、駐車場の入り方が分かりにくかったこと、食事の際にフレッシュジュースが無かったことなどが気になりました。」

「4 estrellas se quedan muy grandes para este hotel, de 6 ascensores solo funcionaban dos y uno de ellos era del servicio (depende del día este era el único en funcionamiento). Las habitación tenia el suelo bufado, levantado y negro. El buffet del desayuno la verdad que era muy bueno pero el de la hora de la comida… habían pocas cosas y las pocas que habían nada que ver… La cena si que fue más aceptable.
