「I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...

「Hardworking staff, clean pool, spacious family room with pool view」

「Great staff and incredible location.」

「No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.」

「The quality of the beds and mattresses was consistent with a 2-star hotel. The fridge was empty; I think there should have been at least some water(We had to buy from the vending machine located at the reception, as we arrived after midnight)There was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room.I sent a message to the hotel before the trip, but they didn't reply.During peak times, the elevators are unusable; there are three elevators for guests and three for staff, and we used them interchangeably. On...
