「Das Zimmer war sauber, es haben zwei große Handtücher gefehlt, die wir aber auf Anfrage sofort bekommen haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der kostenlose Zugang zu Teatro Beach war super. Da dann dort so Anlage nutzen konnte war ausgezeichnet! Aber was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist das Essen. 「Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. 「Gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff. I don’t think they’ve marketed it very much yet (or else the gays aren’t as keen on Crete) because we were the only gays staying there. Full of straight couples and lots of straight PDA at the pool.. strange for an Axel Hotel. As for the location, it’s about three or four hours drive from the best attractions of the island - all much farther west. The AC unit did leak onto our faces as we slept, so we had to stop using it.」
