「The whole place was great and friendly staff. I gave it a low rating because the walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING!!!! Terrible nights sleep because I could hear everything including the room next to me going using the bathroom!!!!! You cough sneeze snore anything you hear it!」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I sent a text weeks ago requesting a shower chair for my 94 year old mom and someone sent me a text saying that a chair would be in the room. When we arrived I was told that there were no shower chairs. The staff did try to accommodate me by putting me in a room with a shower bar, but that really was not helpful. Also, the room needed a waste paper basket other than the tiny basket in the bathroom. I also found that the carpets need...

「I traveled with my family and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious, and the staff made us feel welcome. We also really enjoyed the great breakfast and the pool!」

「Staff was courteous and helpful. WIFI access required membership to parent company prior to access. We were not informed housekeeping only butevery other day which is counter to towel instructions on replacement if left on floor. Frosted glass door on bath allows too much light into room. Sleeping in very dark room preferred. We are not architects but there has to be a way to get the bath towels closer to the shower door than the opposite side of the room.」
