「This property is wonderful. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and care the hosts obviously have for this property. Our dog loved being able to play in the large yard. We loved being right on the water. The location is fabulous. We had great meals from Newsome's, Horn Harbor Restaurant and Fawn's Delectable Cafe. We enjoyed exploring the Northern Neck! We hope the stars align so we can return on another getaway.」

「The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive.」
