"Staff was overall nice. Light fixture in kitchen cracked, table was chipped, bathrooms are spacious and clean. Water park was a huge hit. Air conditioning and pool towel situation sucked. Great value however pool drinks and food are expensive. "

"Had a great time staying here! Very close to the parks, easy Lyft or bus access. Nice walk to Disney Springs. I will say the walls are a bit thin and I had to make a noise complaint one evening due to some very loud guests next door very late in the evening. And I came back to my room one day and it looked like the turnover service was only half done. Just the bathroom had been cleaned up, but the bed sheets were still unreplaced / a mess etc. Had to call and request them come back up. Breakfasts were great, staff was great, room was always clean."
