"We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The staff was super helpful. Parking does get overcrowded due to the pickleball courts and volleyball courts but we always had a place to park. The Skybar is a good place to enjoy a cold beverage and take in the view!"

"Misrepresented photos. Looked fine until we walked in person. Smell hit us before the rest of the issues. Room was dirty. Worn. Furniture was old and broken. We walked out. Do not book. Sorry. Needs deep clean. New furniture and bedding. And maybe paint to seal the smell and make it habitable."

"I absolutely love this hotel. It’s a historic building. It’s very cute and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC was brand new. The Plumbing all worked wonderfully. My floor had a nugget icemaker and water fountain in a sitting room. Downstairs had a beautiful front porch a lovely pool, a nice little fireplace and a great bar. I literally will plan trips around this hotel in the future. Not to mention, they have shuttle to and from Tampa Bay rays games. The staff was all excellent. I was even offered a late checkout so I could hang out by the pool a little longer. 10 out of 10 Hotel experience. And the Dining attached is wonderful and a tremendous perk as a bonus."

"Good cooked breakfast, the air conditioning was just about right, friendly staff and the room was spacious, and so was the balcony. Well situated in downtown. "

"We loved our room at this hotel! It was like having our own little apartment for the weekend and the location was right in the heart of everything. The only things I would say were less than perfect was the parking situation and the floors of our room were pretty dirty. On the listing they say that valet is available, which it is, but if you decide not to use the valet or can’t afford it you will be stuck parking on the side of the road in a 2 hour max spot which got a little old. We also let the staff know about the dirty floors (since we only stayed the weekend we waited until check out to mention it) and they were very apologetic and said they would take my feedback to improve themselves in the future. Overall everything was handled very well; we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"
