"Checkin process was very easy and very detailed instructions were provided regarding the property and resort amenities. Property itself is perfect for a stay in the Tampa / St Pete area. Very clean and everything available for a short or extended stay. Lots of room and great storage/closet space to let your family spread out. Be sure to check out the Sunset Bar and Grill on the resort property!"
"We wanted a cute area for the weekend to relax (30 min from our house lol). The condo was on 1st floor, our parking was right in front of our door. The grounds were beautiful, lots of amenities which we had access to all. The condo was beautifully decorated, nice cold A/C, mini fridge/freezer, 2 burner cooktop, along with kitchenware, and comfortable bedding with extra pillows. The one small negative was the water coming out of the shower was weak and sometimes "groaned". We chalked it up to hard water scale. There are 2 bar & grill places we could walk to in about 5 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank You Marilin for sharing your home with us:)"
