"Toilet falling away from the floor not fastened down, had to be extremely careful not to fall off of it ..Owners had a dog barking all Day and had it kept in the continental Breakfast room that they had blocked off with chairs where they serve the food.. outlets in the room not fastened to the walls..was afraid of getting shocked.. beds are rock hard and not comfortable.. no coffee pot in room or coffee products, no shampoo or body wash in the shower.. a little bar of soap to wash your hands in the sink and tiny little shampoo bottle.. never stay there again… what a joke"

"If You Can Avoid This Property I Would Highly Recommend We Saw Roaches In Hallway And A Couple In Room The Curtains Had A Whole Carpet Was Stained In Both Rooms The Couches And Chair At The Desk The Leather Was Peeling The Walls Were Stained And Different Colors And This Place Was Terrible I Did Get A Room Change Which I Didnt See Any Roaches But The Appearance Of The Room Was Still Terrible With Dirty Carpet Just A Terrible Experience"

"This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. The hotel was dirty, the only clean part was the lobby. You coukd see the caked up dirt in the carpets and along the walls. Our room was dirty. The shower had someone elses hair and a booger on the shower wall when we arrived. Twice my husband grabbed a towel and went to wash his face and someone elses hair was all over it. When i told the front desk about the shower issue. She said she would talk to the manager and the cleaning crew..And when my husband and I came back to the room later that night, it was all still there. Our room was damaged as well. There was a hole in the side of the bathtub, our bathroom door was peeling and falling apart, there were holes in the walls in the room. It was not a good experience overall.. im ashamed that we had to stay there and pay for it at all. But last minute changes would have cost us so much more money. "

"What a gem of a property! We stayed before their “grand opening”, and so they are l working out the kinks. We gave it a two thumbs up, with the only issue being that the refrigerator in the room was on the tiny side. Other than that, we are so happy we stayed there! Put it on your list, if you want to be in Nashville, but want to stay in a quieter part of town."
