"We had a great stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Room service came regularly to clean the room, and everything was well maintained during our stay. The only downside was the parking, which is quite expensive. The property also felt a bit messy at times, with trash in some common areas, but that seemed to be more due to guests than the hotel staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive housekeeping. Many restaurants and shops nearby."

"The kitchen was lacking some basic things (paper towels, pot holders to use the oven, etc). We had to purchase our own paper towels and replacement toilet paper as this was not refilled the one day of housekeeping. Only replacement towels and trash was changed for the one time of housekeeping for a 7-8 day stay."
