"Everything was great we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, everyone was friendly. One issue that needs to be addressed… the elevators. The system is very inefficient. We waited sometimes 8-10 min to find an elevator to take us down. Other than that no concerns at all"

"Did not like the 40 a day resort fee or amenity fee. The shampoo in the shower was empty. Breakfast should have been complimentary, no airport shuttle. The room was fine. I chose thus hotel since it was close to where my ill friend is staying. However for 2bdays it cost me 200 more than where I am staying in a week. That place has a shuttle, no resort fee, n no extra fee for breakfast."

"Our room was super clean, as was the whole property, which is a lot more than I for most of Honolulu. The staff was great. Tiny bathroom and a ton of road noise at all hours on Ala Moana Boulevard are my only gripes. If I were to stay again I would definitely request a room on the other side of the building."
