"That was so good holiday for my family"

"Long walk to get to the hotel, esp'ly with luggages, seems like only those who drive are welcome, you'd think hotel got shuttle from bus station to hotel front, but they don't. Then, once all restaurants close at the same time as the stores in outlet, you got no other options but to eat at the hotel's restaurant which only offered buffet at 5500Y/person; that would not have been a problem if they offered decent food, but no, way worse than food court quality, which made the whole experience...

"While this hotel is at some distance from Motohakone (20mins easy walk on a mostly flat road), we found the property absolutely gorgeous, the lakeside views priceless, and the onsen just perfect. It was my friend's first time at the onsen and he loved it!
