「Sunshine is a very great little place to stay in Surf City. Views from the balcony were great, and made for fun mornings and evenings watching the ocean! The zero entry pool was perfect for our 1 year old grand daughter to walk into with us, and the beach access here is also very easy to use. We did have a little hiccup with the linens (you have to rent your own from a separate service) but Hunt made it right and helped us out. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didn’t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home.」

「Enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving for my young adult Marine. Just 30 minutes from Camp Lejeune but Sirf City is a fun little town. This condo had all the necessities we needed to enjoy a home cooked meal (they had everything we needed - including electric heaters which I initially didn’t see so I expected I’d have to hand mash potatoes. Huge TV with spectrum And Roku. Very comfy sofa lounger. Comfortable master bed and roomy loft with two additional beds - also great to have 1.5 baths. My dogs loved...

「Caroline's place was absolutely perfect! The condo was well cared for, fully furnished with everything you could need for a family vacation. She even had beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. The property was quiet with a mix of vacationers and property owners Caroline was so helpful and responsive. She messaged back every time within minutes! She had everything there for our stay that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay longer.」

「The general complex is well maintained and ideally situated on a beautiful beach and isn't a wild party place. The condo itself has stunning views. However, I have to say that I've stayed in cleaner and tidier rental condos. So, 5 stars for views, pool, and beach. 2.5 stars for lack of attention to cleanliness and organization.」
